Out of Area Delivery: (Tues-Fri)

Order Cut Off: 8 am for same-day shipping, local pickup or local delivery

Orders placed after 8 am on Thursday through 8 am on Monday morning will ship on Monday afternoon.

Dry Ice: All 2nd Day Air shipments will include dry ice during our summer months. Fresh Products may freeze during transit when dry ice is used.

We cut and prepare everything to order, not in advance. This is to ensure that you receive the freshest, most traceable seafood available. We then vacuum seal your products to ensure maximum freshness and flavor. Your order is then carefully hand packed in a sturdy shipping cooler filled with frozen gel packs and insulated packing material. We guarantee your seafood arrives fresh, delicious, and directly to your door. 

All packages are shipped "Shippers Release" and will not require a signature. Your package will be placed on your doorstep or front porch. If being sent as a gift, please make sure the recipient knows there is a package on its way.

  • Delivery times vary depending on ZIP code and could be delivered as late as 7 pm.
  • FedEx must have access to Gated Apartment Complexes and Gated Communities. We are not responsible for FedEx access delays.
  • We are not responsible for delays FedEx deems as Outside of our Control.
  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. or Hawaii or Alaska

Can I include a Gift Message?

Yes you can simply write a message in the notes section of your order form and we will be happy to include your handwritten message on one of our custom note cards.

Can I freeze my seafood?

Yes, you can freeze your seafood directly in the vacuum-sealed package that it arrives in.

Do you have a store?

We do not have a physical store. Our online market is open 24/7.

How do I store my seafood once received?

When your seafood arrives on your doorstep, open it up, and inspect your seafood. Your seafood should be cool to the touch and sealed in its vacuum bag. Your fresh seafood should be immediately placed in the refrigerator. If you do not intend to cook your seafood within a day or two, we recommend freezing for later use. This can be done simply in the same vacuum bag it arrived in.
