Do you enjoy eating fresh seafood at your favorite restaurant, but find yourself struggling to cook it at home? These classes are for you!

Our goal is to teach you just how simple it can be to cook restaurant quality seafood, from the comfort of your own home. You do not need to bring anything, just come ready to have a lot of fun, laugh at cheesy jokes, eat some great food, meet some new friends and maybe learn something new.

Each class will consist of an appetizer, 2 or 3 fresh seafood preparations and all the wine you can drink! Each guest will leave with all of the recipes demonstrated in the class, as well as a TOGO bag full of the same seafood taught in the class. So you not only leave with the knowledge to make some great meals, but also the seafood you will need! Great Deal!

-Chefs Selected Appetizer

-Whole Roasted Local Caprese Snapper

Local Snapper, roasted whole and topped with roasted Italian Tomatoes, Aged Balsamic Glaze and feathered Aged Provolone

-Chipotle Blackened Local Triggerfish with Mexican Street Corn

Blackened Local Triggerfish, seared and paired with a sautéed Mexican style street corn with red peppers and Queso Fresco.

-Golden Tile Imperial with Pepper Roasted Broccoli 

Pan seared Golden Tile topped with sautéed crab, shrimp and scallop Imperial sauce. over roasted garlic, peppered broccoli

 

*Classes are $75 per person and includes all the seafood, both at the class and for you to take home, custom apron and of course wine.
