-Learn to choose the right knife for the job, clean sharpen and care for that knife. 

-Learn to professionally cut: Onions, Peppers, Tomatoes, Potatoes, Fresh Herbs, Pineapple, Melons, Garnish and more!

-Learn to make delicious sauces to elevate your meals to the next level. We can help build you a foundation knowledge that you can build on for years. Examples of basic sauces we might learn: Garlic Lemon Cream, Creole, Piccata Sauce, Sweet and Spicy Glaze, Creamy Tuscan Crab, Scampi Sauce, Fresh Pesto, Yum Yum Hibachi Sauce, Mango Salsa, Pico de Galo, Remoulade, and even old classics like Cocktail and Tartar, home made and more delicious than any jar sauce.
