These Premium Scottish Salmon are expertly seasoned with sweet and smoky mesquite BBQ  and herbs, placed on cedar planks and ready for your grill.

Cooking Instructions: Place the cedar planks in a large zipped bag, and cover with warm water, let soak for at least an hour. Preheat the grill. Remove the planks from the water, place the seasoned salmon filets on the planks skin side down, and place planks directly over the heat. The planks should start to char and create an aromatic smoke. Cook until salmon is 125 -130 degrees, and remove from heat and cover with aluminum foil to carry over cook before serving. Enjoy!

Pro Tip: If the planks start to catch fire, have a squirt or spray bottle of water handy, put out the flames and move the planks to another part of the grill that is off, or move to the top rack and finish cooking.
