At 5oz per cake, they are packed with amazing flavors, and make an extremely delicious yet super simple meal.  Either stand alone or on a sandwich, these Premium Scottish Salmon Cakes will be perfect!

Cooking Instructions: In a medium sauté pan over medium heat, gently sauté salmon cakes in hot vegetable oil. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on the  temperature you prefer your salmon. Enjoy

Chef Tip: Drizzle with an Aged Balsamic Glaze, garnish with lemon wedge (as shown).
