Private Group Cooking Class “All About Apps” in NOVEMBER OR DECEMBER 5-7pm (Up to 8 People)

Book a private group cooking class for a group up to 8!  Gather 8 of your closest friends and family and make memories that will last a lifetime!

Perfect for birthdays, family vacations or gatherings, neighborhood groups, book clubs, activity clubs, HOA groups or just a group of friends or family that are looking to get together and make memories, laughter and maybe even learn something in a fun, safe environment.

By booking a private group, you will have complete control over who is in your group also you will be able to customize the date of the cooking class. We will work together with you to find a date that works.   You can email us at orders@wickedinletseafood.com to talk about available dates prior to booking. Available class dates are Mondays or Thursdays.

The menu of these private group classes will typically mirror the monthly menu of our regularly scheduled classes, although we can customize the menu to your tastes and are held in a private kitchen in The Reserve in Pawleys Island.

Do you enjoy eating fresh seafood at your favorite restaurant, but find yourself struggling to cook it at home? These classes are for you!

Our goal is to teach you just how simple it can be to cook restaurant quality seafood, from the comfort of your own home. You do not need to bring anything, just come ready to have a lot of fun, laugh at cheesy jokes, eat some great food, meet some new friends and maybe learn something new.

Each class will consist of an appetizer, 2 or 3 fresh seafood preparations and all the wine you can drink! Each guest will leave with all of the recipes demonstrated in the class, as well as a TOGO with the same seafood taught in the class. So you not only leave with the knowledge to make some great meals, but also a gift card towards the seafood taught in class! Great Deal!

-Kicked Up Chesapeake Shrimp Cocktail – A kicked-up, fresh take on traditional shrimp cocktail

Jalapeno Popper Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp – Jumbo shrimp, stuffed with roasted garlic jalapeno cream cheese and wrapped in thin prosciutto

– Baked Spinach Artichoke and Sundried Tomato Crab Dip – Super simple yet super delicious instant holiday favorite 

– Mediterranean Artichoke and Crab Stuffed Mushrooms – Jumbo button mushrooms stuffed with a Mediterranean artichoke and crab cream cheese mixture, roasted and topped with grated parmesan and sweet balsamic glaze. 

– Shrimp Avocado Mozzarella Bruschetta on Toasted Italian 

-Mini New England Buttery Lobster Roll Sliders – Succulent and buttery New England lobster lightly seasoned and served on grilled brioche rolls

Sweet Chili Prosciutto Wrapped Lobster Skewers – Tender New England lobster tails, wrapped in thinly sliced prosciutto and roasted with a sweet chili glaze

– Roasted Lime Ahi Tuna Kabobs – Sushi grade Ahi tuna marinated and everything bagel encrusted, seared and skewered with roasted lime, served with homemade Spicy Siracha Mayo and Wasabi Lime Mayo

– Crab Lump Avocado Toast Points – Sweet lump crab meat paired with creamy avocado guacamole, served on toasted Italian bread
