Do you enjoy eating fresh seafood at your favorite restaurant, but find yourself struggling to cook it at home? These classes are for you!

Our goal is to teach you just how simple it can be to cook restaurant quality seafood, from the comfort of your own home. You do not need to bring anything, just come ready to have a lot of fun, laugh at cheesy jokes, eat some great food, meet some new friends and maybe learn something new.

Each class will consist of an appetizer, 2 or 3 fresh seafood preparations and all the wine you can drink! Each guest will leave with all of the recipes demonstrated in the class, as well as a gift card towards the purchase of the seafood taught in the class. Great deal!

-Mussels with Smoked Bacon Tomato Broth

Steamed PEI Mussels with a rich, smoky, roasted tomato broth with garlic crostini.

-Snowy Grouper Piccata

Pan fried Local Snowy Grouper with a delicious white wine and caper Piccata sauce.

-Seared Scottish Salmon over Tortellini Palermo

Prime Scottish Salmon, pan seared and served over cheese tortellini tossed in a red pepper, broccoli lemon Palermo sauce.

 

*Classes are $75 per person and includes all the seafood, both at the class and for you to take home, custom apron and of course wine.

*Classes are held at the Prodigy Kitchen and Bath Showroom at 8435 Ocean Hwy.  Pawleys Island, SC 29585.
