Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven/broiler to 400 degrees. Place stuffed shrimp on baking sheet with a raised rack. Brush shrimp with melted butter and sprinkle with Old Bay (optional). Broil the shrimp for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are completely opaque and cooked through. Garnish with lemon wedge and remoulade sauce if desired.
