Our March series is taking it back to the classics of Chef Dylans childhood. These are some of his favorite foods from his youth, and now we are going to put a slightly grown-up spin on these “Childhood Classics”!

Do you enjoy eating fresh seafood at your favorite restaurant, but find yourself struggling to cook it at home? Would you like to “Spice Up” your weekly dinner menu at home? Are you and your friends or family looking for an out of the ordinary fun evening out without all the crowds? If you answered YES, These classes are for you!

Our goal is to teach you just how simple it can be to cook restaurant quality seafood, from the comfort of your own home. You do not need to bring anything, just come ready to have a lot of fun, laugh at cheesy jokes, eat some great food, meet some new friends and maybe learn something new.

Each class will consist of hands on instruction of a seafood based appetizer and entrée, as well as hands on instruction of an amazing dessert. Our guests will not only leave with real hands on experience and knowledge, but also a gift card towards the  purchase of the seafood taught in the class, so you can get to work at home.  Great deal!

Menu for March 31st-

-Parmesan and Herb Baked Local Fish Sticks, served with Caper Dill Tartar Sauce

-Local fish, hand-breaded in a delicious mix of fresh grated parmesan and fresh herbs, baked to perfection and served with an amazing Caper Dill Tartar sauce.

-Fresh Grilled Ahi Tuna Melt

-Fresh Ahi Tuna, grilled and mixed into a grown up tuna salad, served on crusty sourdough bread with juicy slices of fresh tomato and melted Munster and Cheddar Cheese

-Extra Cheesy Garlic and Herb Lobster Mac 

-Fresh New England Lobster Meat, sauteed with warm butter and fresh herbs, tossed with a homemade, extra creamy and cheesy sauce and curly cavatappi pasta.

*Classes are held at the Prodigy Kitchen and Bath Showroom at 8435 Ocean Hwy.  Pawleys Island, SC 29585.

*Garden City classes are held at our main kitchen at 107 Atlantic Ave. Garden City, SC 29576. We are located on the southside (backside) of the building, facing the public parking lot.

*Private Groups are held either at our main kitchen in Garden City.
