Local S.C. Swordfish, marinated in a Fresh and Tangy Cilantro Pesto. The hearty nature of South Carolina Swordfish lends itself nicely to the robust flavors of our Cilantro Pesto. Great over the open flame of a grill, or in a pan from the comfort or your kitchen, this dish will make a great meal, no mater the time of year.

Cooking Instructions: In a large sauté pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Carefully place marinated swordfish in hot oil, sauté for 3-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through (145 degrees). If you prefer to grill, follow the same guidelines.
